Flexo

We offer a wide variety of the finest conventional and digital flexographic plating materials and processes. Tell us about your press(es), substrate(s), ink system and we will help you select the best material and process for your application. If you make your own plates but need expert prepress support, we are happy to be your resource. We will provide you with our expertly prepared, for your unique requirements, press-ready files to your plate department. On the other hand, if you prepare you own press-ready files but need them output to the finest digital plates, we can do that in a timely and cost efficient manner.

Offset, Gravure

Precision Plate provides Consumer Products Companies with digital files to your preferred printer or cylinder engraver.

Proofing

Proofing... with the ability of our talented & creative staff, we are able to provide PDF soft proofs, predictive Kodak Approval proofs and Shrink Sleeve mock-ups.

Graphic Design / Pre-Production Consulting / Project Management

Though our staff includes employees with Fine Arts Degrees, we concentrate on our core prepress competencies, limiting our in-house art activities to brand extensions and relatively simple revisions to existing designs. When your project requires full creative services we partner with an outside agency. Our extensive understanding of packaging requirements brings great value to design projects, particularly when Flexography is the chosen method.

We consult with all invested parties - the brand owner, converter and designer in the earliest stages of the process. We then continue working hand in hand with the graphic designer, ensuring no problematic concept is presented to the brand owner. We believe this project management method prevents costly modifications at the eleventh hour.
